Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → HaiLife, or in the App Store app tap your profile photo → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
In the app: You tab → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all cloud-stored data, and your sign-in identity from our servers, and wipes local data. Uninstalling the app also removes all local data from your device.
Open the You tab and check that Strava shows as connected. If it disconnected, reconnect and the app will sync new activities automatically. Make sure you granted upload permission when authorizing Strava.
Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → HaiLife and enable the data types you want to share. HaiLife only reads what you allow.
Yes — see the Privacy Policy. Highlights: your training data stays on your device unless you enable cloud sync; AI coaching only sends data after you explicitly consent in-app; we never sell your data.
Check your internet connection first. AI features also require Pro and the one-time AI consent (Coach tab). If it still fails, force-quit the app, reopen, and try again — then email us if the problem persists.
